Re: Nigel Austin Weeks
We are writing to express our gratitude and appreciation for all the time and effort that was put into finding our dream house. As we began the process of looking for a house, we were not only uncertain of what to do but also overwhelmed by the process. From our first meeting with Nigel we felt comfort and trust that he would be of assistance whenever and about whatever we needed. We were not disappointed. The following is a list of key times that stand out for us through the time we spent with Nigel.
1) Our first meeting. Nigel took the time to explain all the things we needed to expect as we looked for the house. He answered all of our questions, even the one's that now we know were dumb questions! Yet Nigel never made us feel uncomfortable about asking and was supportive of us asking.
2) Our first outing. We were amazed at the time and effort Nigel had put into getting a number of houses with the specifics we were looking for, to view at once. His work made things so much easier for us.
3) Changing our strategy. In the process of looking for a house, we made a drastic change of plans by shifting what city we were looking to live. Nigel gave us the freedom to do this and actually embraced the choices we made. I think he even worked harder for us where other agents may not have taken this kind of shift very well.
4) The details. What a joy it was to have someone who was willing to do all the details for us. Nigel let us know how things were progressing, but did not overwhelm us with the minute details. He took care of the inspections (we loved Merlin too), the repairs, the contract, the closing, the termites, etc. For us, this alone was invaluable.
Unfortunately written words can not describe the general feeling we have about Nigel and Buyers Voice. It feels really good to have worked with someone so committed to being honest, supportive, and conscientious. For a young couple like us it was wonderful. I would just hope that other people find out about Nigel and Buyers Voice so that they can experience the kind of backing and piece of mind that we had throughout our house search. I would recommend Nigel to anyone.
Personally, we really want to thank Nigel for being a friend. In a sea of sharks, we always felt safe with you. Our deepest thanks and appreciation is extended to you with best wishes in your career. We are certain you will remain successful.
